Records Management Girl (or RMGirl for short) provide consultancy and training services in information governance and record management. Run by Emily Overton, a PRINCE2 certified and Information and Records Management Society (IRMS) accredited professional, the company helps organisations understand the importance of compliance and regularly undertake large projects to change an organisation’s approach to managing their information and records alongside GDPR and Data Protection.
Emily Overton has been a customer of Visual Print and Design since 2009 when she started a part-time photography business, but this was just an extended hobby. When she started her career niche in 2007 that flourished into Records Management Girl Ltd in 2014, she knew the perfect print and design company who could bring her brand to life.
Emily wanted something very visual and bright to help the company stand out in an industry where the topic is not seen as being ‘exciting’. Working in partnership, we began the brand development process by researching into the industry, analysing competitors in the market, identify key trends and using mood boards to develop brand concepts and colour palettes. This allowed us to create a brand that is the RMGirl you see today.
