Lockdown Three: A statement from Visual Print and Design
As the country goes back into lockdown, we want to take this time to reassure you that our offices remain fully operational and all orders are being printed and dispatched as normal.
As before, we will remain open throughout the latest government lockdown to support businesses with:
- The print and distribution of business-critical communications
- Printing of social distancing provisions
- Postal campaigns
- Helping those get ready to re-start their marketing in a post-lockdown world
As always our number one priority remains the safety and wellbeing of our employees, which is why we have the following measures in place:
Working Protocols
All of our support staff are working remotely and if you have any queries, our team are available on the phone, via live chat and on email as normal. Like before, those in production are complying with our safety protocols and social distancing guidelines set by the government.
Back-Up Printing Facilities
In the event that production is unable to operate due to staff illnesses or stock issues, we have provisions in place with other printers across the UK to ensure we can still complete jobs and continue operating as normal.
Office Operations
Unless we have to halt production, the following measures are currently in place:
- We have cancelled all business travel and have recommended our team avoid non-urgent personal travel
- Face-to-face meetings will be over the telephone or video calls
- Except for deliveries and collections, we’ll not be accepting any visitors to our offices
- We have shared best practice health tips with our team and implemented comprehensive social distancing measures. If any of our employees have a persistent cough and/or fever, high fever or loss of taste/smell, they are to go into self-isolation for 14 days.
We will continue to operate under the guidance of the UK Government and during this period of uncertainty, we ask that you continue to support small businesses like ours.
Wishing you all the best,
Graham Hunstone
Managing Director
