Visual Print and Design offers free print support to Meal Delivery Service for over 65s
Recently partnering for purpose with Salted Orange Food Company, Age UK Lincoln & South Lincolnshire have launched “Food through Adversity: 21 meals for £20” to help combat the risks of Covid-19 to older people.
If you’re categorised as high-risk of infection, If your support network are self-isolating or if you have mobility issues that could make your weekly shop very difficult during this crisis, Age UK Lincoln & South Lincolnshire and the Salted Orange Food Company can help make sure you can have 3 meals a day, 7 days a week for just £20.
To spread the word about the project, we have donated our time and services to print some essential items for the meal delivery service that is catering for people aged over 65.
Sam Owen, Owner of Salted Orange Food Company said:
“To have Visual Print and Design come on board and support us to be able to spread the awareness of this project is incredible. At times like this we need to pull together as local businesses and support each other where we can. We are trying to keep these meals as affordable as possible for as many people as possible and this is just another way that supports us to do that. Thank you to Visual Print and Design.”
Michele Jolly, CEO of Age UK Lincoln & South Lincolnshire said:
“The team at Visual Print and Design have gone above and beyond by donating their time and support in printing some essential items for us, at a time when business is difficult for everyone. They have supported us by printing food preparation and storage guidelines for our customers and a leaflet that we can get out across the community to allow more people to know about this incredible offering. Thank you to Graham and the team.”
Graham Hunstone, Managing Director of Visual Print and Design:
