Corringham CE Primary School
Exceeding expectations in print and design for Corringham CE Primary School
Based in the heart of the Corringham community in Gainsborough, Corringham CE Primary School provides education for over 100 children from 4 to 11 years with a current Ofsted rating of ‘good’. The school was founded in 1867 by Sir Thomas Beckett as a church school – built in fear of the state taking over the country’s education. The school itself was built as one of the last church-run schools in the area.
With no understanding of the print or design process, Corringham CE Primary School were on the hunt for a company who could provide a bespoke yearbook for their pupils as all the ones available on the market were pre-design templates. At this point, Esther Watt-Jones, Head Teacher, was recommended the services of Visual Print and Design.
Working with their in-house Graphic Designers, Esther was able to explain exactly what they needed and right from the start, nothing was too much trouble. Visual Print and Design were on hand to advise and offer a personal service throughout the design and print process, and the staff, parents and pupils were delighted with the end results.
Esther Watt-Jones, Head Teacher of Corringham CE Primary School said:
“We have seen many yearbooks from different schools but to us, they all really looked the same. Ours was ours! Visual Print and Design were able to capture the spirit of the school, how we wanted the children to remember us when they left, and it felt really personal to each child receiving it. We had so many parents comment on the quality of the finished product and already families are asking if we will be doing the same this year. We would highly recommend Visual Print and Design for offering great service with a personal touch.”
Visual Print and Design are thrilled to be able to support Corringham CE Primary School with their design and print requirements and we look forward to continuing to produce the yearbook year-on-year.
